Offer personalized customer service, catering to individual client needs.
Ensure meticulous documentation of calls on the Dreamtec system.
Possess a clear grasp of corporate client policies, systems, and protocols.
Swiftly identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Monitor and mitigate call avoidance, fraudulent activities, and misconduct.
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when necessary.
Determine client eligibility by aligning information with product requisites.

Requirements:
Matriculation qualification, preferably.
