PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas: Safety Process Reliability, Process Management, Process Quality, Operational Excellence, Project Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
BTech: Civil or BSc/BEng: Metallurgy, Diploma. Candidate Engineer with ECSA will be an added advantage
REQUIREMENTS
Medically Fit, Unemployed, Driver’s License (If you have one), and Candidate must not have been on a similar Graduate Programme previously.
SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Good communication skills (verbal and written), Willingness to learn, Computer literacy, Attention to detail.
