About the Role: NIKE Milpitas is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class service to our consumers. Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a genuine passion for NIKE products and services. Learn and contribute to various store roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom. Provide exceptional service to all consumers, ensuring a memorable experience. Collaborate with the team to execute daily retail operations, enhancing service and store efficiency.
Foster positive relationships with consumers and colleagues. Participate in and support store events, actively engaging with the store community. Display reliability and flexibility by accommodating varied work hours and days to meet business needs. Maintain knowledge of different store departments and assist with cashier duties, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual displays as required.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Effective communication skills. Physical capabilities include bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Collaborative team player with exceptional customer service skills. Preferred: One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience. Flexible scheduling availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
