Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
People Management: Lead and manage the Meat Market team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Client Satisfaction: Ensure the utmost satisfaction of all Meat Market customers through exceptional service and product quality. Stock Availability: Employ effective planning to ensure consistent product and stock availability.
Quality Control: Assume responsibility for maintaining and enforcing quality control measures within the Meat Market. Administrative Functions: Efficiently manage administrative tasks integral to the Meat Market’s smooth operation. Stock Management: Skillfully handle stock management functions to optimize inventory levels.
Hygiene and Safety: Ensure compliance with strict hygiene and safety standards within the Meat Market. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake various ad-hoc duties to support the overall team effort.
Qualifications:
Essential: Completion of Grade 11-12 or equivalent (NQF 4). Desirable: Certification in Blockman NQF 3.
Experience:
Essential: Previous experience in a management role, coupled with an established background in the meat industry.
Knowledge and Skills:
Essential: Possess a deep understanding of Meat Market hygiene and safety standards. Proficient knowledge of various meat cuts and products. Desirable: Basic familiarity with first aid practices.
