The primary focus areas of Services SETA include water services, gas, energy, and renewable energy.

Fields of Study Supported by Services SETA Bursary:

Engineering Studies (GFETQSF) (Certificate: N1/ N2/ N3). Civil Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering). Electrical Engineering (Diploma/ Bachelor of Technology). Engineering Technology (Computer Systems) (Diploma). Quality (Bachelor of Technology/ Master of Technology)

Hydrology and Water Resources Management (Bachelor of Science). Supply Chain Management (Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor degree/ Honours degree). Marketing (Diploma/ Postgraduate Diploma/ Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Commerce Honours). Information Systems Management (Advanced Certificate) Information Technology (Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor degree)

Services SETA Bursary Application Requirements 2024/2025: To be eligible for the Services SETA Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a South African citizen. Have completed Matric or its equivalent. Be currently studying or have been accepted to study at a recognized South African tertiary institution (university or TVET College). Be pursuing studies within the Energy and Water sector. Preference will be given to students from previously disadvantaged communities, including youth, black students, females, and those with disabilities.

Services SETA Bursary Application Procedures 2024/2025: To apply for the Services SETA Bursary, you will need to provide the following documents:

Certified copy of your ID document. Certified copy of your Matric certificate or equivalent (for first-year students). Certified copy of your previous academic record/results (for second or third-year students).

Proof of application or provisional acceptance offer from a university or TVET College (for first-time applicants, to be submitted as soon as received). Proof of household annual income.
