Our beauty bar is dedicated to providing exceptional nail care and enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through top-notch nail services. As a Nail Technician, your role is integral in ensuring that clients receive high-quality nail treatments and enhancements, leaving our establishment with beautifully manicured nails.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Nail Technician at Lapis Lazuli Beauty Bar, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Performing basic manicure and pedicure services, which includes applying the applicable acrylic system, to clients and guests. Building strong rapport with clients to maintain a full schedule and ensure client retention. Ensuring the strict sanitation of all equipment and daily cleaning and disinfection of tools to meet our hygiene standards.
Expanding and maintaining your knowledge of nail care for both hands and feet, as well as possessing comprehensive knowledge of all spa services we offer. Recommending additional services or retail products to clients based on their specific needs and preferences. Delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients, actively listening to their concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout the service.
Conducting consultations with clients to determine their desired nail services and providing professional recommendations based on their preferences and the condition of their nails. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in nail care to continuously improve your skills and offerings.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
1-2 years of Nail Technician experience working in a salon. Possession of a valid Nail Technician qualification. Proficiency in sculptured acrylic nails. Nail Art skills are advantageous.
Education:
- Nail Technician Certificate (Required)
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nail Technician (Required)
License/Certification:
- Nail Technician certificate (Required)
