As a Waiter/Waitress or Bartender at our client’s prestigious establishment in Kuwait, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued guests. Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Order Handling and Communication: Proficiently take guest orders, ensuring precision and accuracy. Effectively communicate guest orders to the kitchen staff, maintaining a seamless flow of service.

Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Master the intricacies of our menu, showcasing an in-depth understanding of each dish. Provide informed and enticing recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience by suggesting appetizers, desserts, or beverages.

Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages with a commitment to professionalism and the highest standards of customer service. Create a welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

Table Management: Skillfully set and clean tables and service areas, ensuring they are impeccably presented for our guests.

Guest Interaction and Issue Resolution: Engage with patrons to gauge their satisfaction with their meals. Actively address and resolve any concerns or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.

Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement in service delivery, aiming to exceed guest expectations.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Relevant Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a preference for experience in well-known restaurants or hotels. Recent and current experience in a similar role is highly valued.

Training: A background in Food Safety and Service Steps is essential, demonstrating a commitment to safe and quality service delivery. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in clear and articulate English communication is a requirement. Nationality: Candidates must be South African citizens.
