Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Call Centre Agent will include:
Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential customers through cold calling, introducing them to our financial services products. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our financial services products to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential customers.
Information Provision: Provide accurate information and address inquiries regarding our products, ensuring potential customers have a clear understanding. Promotion: Actively promote our financial services products, highlighting their value and relevance to potential customers.
Closing Sales: Work towards closing sales by guiding potential customers through the application process and addressing any concerns they may have. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Call Centre Agent position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling is preferred. Equipment: Own a laptop, headset, and have access to a stable and reliable internet connection to facilitate remote work. Language Skills: Fluent in English to effectively communicate with potential customers.
