Key Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Waiter at SURV, your primary responsibilities will include:
Table Setup: Ensuring that tables and chairs are set up impeccably to create an inviting atmosphere for our customers. Customer Interaction: Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome, taking orders, and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Food and Beverage Service: Serving meals and drinks with precision and care, ensuring that all food and beverages are presented and delivered correctly. Table Clearing: Clearing tables efficiently and ensuring that all dishes are promptly returned to the kitchen for cleaning.
Payment Handling: Accurately processing customer payments and providing change when necessary. Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer complaints professionally and working to provide resolutions that ensure a positive dining experience. Dining Area Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
Menu Knowledge: Familiarizing yourself with the menu items and assisting customers in making informed choices. Collaboration: Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure the quality of food meets our high standards and that service is prompt.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Restaurant Waiter position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience as a waiter in a hospitality environment. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. Presentation: A professional and friendly demeanor that represents the company well. References: Two contactable references from previous employment.
