The successful candidate will report to the Airport Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Agent at FlySafair, your primary responsibilities will include:
Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes. Explain rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures as required to ensure a seamless booking and travel experience.
Flight Management: Manage flight delays and cancellations efficiently, keeping passengers informed and providing solutions to minimize disruptions. Confidentiality: Handle and safeguard confidential passenger information in compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification. Aviation Experience: Prior experience in airport operations and ticket sales within an aviation concern is essential. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal command of the English language, including proper phone etiquette.
Computer Proficiency: Good knowledge and understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Background Check: No criminal or credit record that may impact employment. Availability: Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours and shifts as required. Transport: Own transport would be an advantage.
