Job Description:
As a Sales Professional specializing in insurance, you will be an integral part of our referral-based program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Contacting Referred Leads:
You will be responsible for reaching out to leads referred to us through phone calls. These leads have expressed varying levels of interest in our products or services due to the referral.
Building Rapport and Relationship:
Upon establishing contact with referred leads, your primary goal will be to build rapport and create a positive relationship with them. This involves understanding their needs, addressing their questions, and alleviating any concerns they may have.
Presenting Products/Services:
Your role will entail presenting our insurance products or services to referred leads in an informative and professional manner. This includes highlighting key benefits, features, and value propositions that align with the specific needs and interests of the leads.
Closing Sales:
Your ultimate objective is to convert the referred leads into customers. Achieving this involves employing effective sales techniques, overcoming objections, and guiding leads through the sales process to successfully close deals.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Matric Certificate: A matric certificate is required as a minimum educational qualification. Proficiency in English and Afrikaans: Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is essential to effectively communicate with clients.

Package & Remuneration:
Commission-Based Earnings: Your earnings will be commission-based and uncapped, with no clawbacks. Weekends & Public Holidays Off: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with weekends and public holidays off. Pension Fund: Eligible for pension fund benefits after 6 months of employment. Cancer/Accidental Disability Policy: Eligible for this policy after 3 months of employment.
