About the Position:
Agreenco Environmental Projects (Pty) Ltd. is in search of a Personnel and ADMINISTRATOR Officer for the Business Unit. This role serves as the driving force behind the people and processes that power our organization. The ideal candidate for this position must be dynamic, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and have impeccable attention to detail. Experience in performing administrative tasks and providing support to colleagues is essential. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet evolving deadlines is imperative.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this role encompass various critical areas, including but not limited to:
Financial Administration:
Maintain and update the financial administration system, and support in reporting. Process monthly costing and forecasting and report on financial data. Generate and submit invoices promptly and maintain updated records.
Conduct debtor reconciliations and follow-up on outstanding payments. Compile and assist with management reports. Oversee and ensure that invoices are submitted for payment.
Human Capital Administration:
Support the recruitment process. Request and submit employee documentation as needed. Accurately collect and submit timesheets. Provide assistance in managing industrial relations (IR) incidents.
General Administration:
Record, communicate, and document meetings, and prepare presentations when required. Maintain and update filing and record-keeping systems. Keep track of contract registers, including due dates and renewals. Collaborate in the preparation of proposals and reports. Assist with regional requirements, such as accommodation or venue bookings.
Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality:
Assist in the administration of ISO standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance. Contribute to internal Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) administration processes. Schedule and support employee site induction and off-boarding processes. Assist in compiling and ensuring compliance with safety files.

The successful candidate should possess expertise in the following areas:
Office Administration: Proficiency in general office administrative tasks and responsibilities. Health & Safety: Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations. Pastel Partner: Competency in using Pastel Partner software for financial management. MS Excel: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
MS Word: Competency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing. PowerPoint Presentation: Skill in creating and delivering effective presentations. Administrative Management: Strong administrative management abilities.
