Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Badger Holdings, your primary responsibility will be to contact our existing Australian and New Zealand customers. You will add value to their current policies while also leveraging your sales skills to close deals on new leads. This role is pivotal in contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and/or outbound calls, focusing on servicing or selling insurance products. Provide outstanding, accurate, and reliable information and service through written and verbal communication within prescribed timeframes. Apply sales techniques to enhance customer relationships and close sales opportunities.
Policy Understanding: Understand and interpret underwriting guidelines to make informed decisions on policy applications. Decline policies that fall outside risk appetite when applicable.
Compliance and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant Pacific Policies and Procedures, including specific role-level responsibilities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Support colleagues and share knowledge to collectively achieve team goals.
Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills. Embrace continuous learning and development opportunities provided by the organization. Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities within the limits of your skills, competence, training, and experience as directed by your manager.

Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 04:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Requirements:
Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. Intermediate-level computer skills. Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and administration skills.
