Job Description:
Job Purpose: As a Sales Consultant at Hippo Advisory Services, you will play a crucial role in inbound and outbound policy sales, leveraging leads and campaigns to initiate and nurture customer relationships.
Your primary focus will be on meeting various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), understanding customer needs through needs analysis, and proposing effective solutions. A solid knowledge of products, their characteristics, and market dynamics, coupled with a commitment to brand growth, is essential.
Responsibilities:
Customer Focus: Build strong and lasting customer relationships by delivering customer-centric solutions. Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor offerings accordingly. Job Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (essential)
- Regulatory Exam 5 (essential)
General Experience:
- 1 year telephonic sales experience (essential)
