Cashiers
As a Cashier, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout process. We’re looking for individuals who can deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and handle transactions accurately. Answer customer queries about products, prices, and promotions. Manage cash and process payments using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Stock Controllers
Stock Controllers play a crucial role in keeping our shelves stocked and organized, ensuring products are always available for our customers. This role involves inventory management, organizing backroom stock, and maintaining order in the store.
Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed. Organize stockrooms and ensure inventory is well-maintained. Assist in receiving shipments and verifying inventory. Check products for quality and expiration dates.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move products safely.
Sales Assistants
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers find the products they need, assist with inquiries, and provide guidance on store promotions. This role is perfect for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping customers.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Previous baking experience preferred but not required.

Store Managers
Store Managers are responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in retail management and a strong leadership background.
