Sales Assistants
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of Studio 88, directly interacting with customers and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with inquiries and product selections. Provide product knowledge, styling advice, and ensure customers find the items they’re looking for. Manage inventory on the sales floor and keep displays tidy and visually appealing. Support cashier duties as needed, including assisting with transactions.
Requirements: Friendly, customer-focused attitude. Passion for fashion and retail. Prior retail experience is advantageous, though not required.
Cashiers
Our Cashiers are responsible for efficient and accurate payment processing and providing customers with an enjoyable checkout experience.
Responsibilities: Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude while managing payment processing. Address any transaction-related inquiries from customers.
Requirements: High level of integrity and attention to detail. Ability to handle a busy environment and manage transactions efficiently. Previous cashier experience is beneficial.
Stockroom Assistants
As a Stockroom Assistant, you’ll help ensure our inventory is well-organized and effectively managed.
Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and organize merchandise in the stockroom. Assist in restocking items on the sales floor as needed. Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and secure.
Requirements: Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move stock as needed. Previous experience in a stockroom or inventory management role is a plus.
Store Managers
Store Managers are responsible for overall store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Manage stock levels, merchandising, and overall store presentation. Handle recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Assistant Managers
Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks. Support in managing inventory, merchandising, and sales targets. Help train and develop the team, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements: Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
