Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Customer Service Excellence: Strong skills in providing exceptional service to customers. Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to enhance the shopping experience. Assist customers in locating products. Address customer queries and complaints effectively.
Cashier Duties:Process cash and card payments accurately. Handle Lay-Bys and customer refunds. Report discrepancies and issues to the supervisor. Ensure accurate till balancing. Merchandising: Ensure products are correctly priced and attractively displayed. Maintain product availability on the sales floor. Keep the store tidy and well-organized. Stay informed about current promotions.
Risk Management: Ensure products are tagged according to company policy. Participate in stock takes regularly. Monitor for potential shoplifting and fraudulent activities, reporting any suspicious behavior to management. Company Values.
