Follow KFC’s Standard Operating Procedures: Prepare and cook all KFC menu items according to our standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and high quality in every meal. Portion Control: Accurately portion ingredients and cooked products to maintain quality and meet customer expectations for consistency. Monitoring Product Quality: Regularly check expiration dates and times for ingredients and products, and take necessary actions to ensure that each item meets KFC’s freshness and quality standards.
Product Holding and Quality Maintenance
Use Product Holding Equipment Properly: Ensure correct use of product holding equipment by strictly adhering to holding times and temperature guidelines to maintain product freshness. Conduct Regular Quality Checks: Regularly monitor and assess product quality, ensuring that every item served is up to KFC’s high standards. Obsess Over Quality: Your role is essential in creating a consistent, high-quality experience for each customer, ensuring every product is prepared and served exactly as KFC standards dictate.
Health, Safety, and Sanitation Standards
Follow Sanitation Schedules: Strictly follow all scheduled procedures for cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, storage spaces, equipment, and utensils. Maintain a Clean Work Environment: Keep your work area, food preparation spaces, and storage areas clean and organized, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Commit to Health and Safety Standards: Ensure strict adherence to KFC’s health and safety standards, helping to create a safe, hygienic environment for both customers and team members.
Quality Control and Documentation
Capture Product Preparation Data: Record product preparation information and monitor the quality of each item by closely checking and acting upon expiration dates and times. Proactive Quality Monitoring: Take a proactive approach to quality, ensuring every product meets KFC’s stringent standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.

Your flexibility and willingness to assist in all areas are essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: While prior experience in food service or retail is an advantage, it’s not a requirement. A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are our top priorities. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, engage in repetitive motions, and lift up to 15 kg when required. Availability: Flexible availability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
