Role and Responsibilities:
As an Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Team Leadership: Supporting the manager in leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver excellent service. Staff Management: Overseeing daily shifts, scheduling staff, and ensuring everyone is trained and working effectively. Customer Relations: Providing top-notch customer service, resolving any issues, and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Operational Oversight: Ensuring that the restaurant meets all operational standards, including cleanliness, efficiency, and food quality. Training and Development: Assisting in onboarding and training new staff members, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Problem-Solving: Addressing any challenges that arise during shifts with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Management Experience:
A minimum of six months of experience in role is required. This experience doesn’t necessarily have to be within the fast food sector, but a background in the food service industry is preferred.
Fast Food Industry Experience (Preferred):
Previous experience in the fast food or quick-service restaurant industry is a strong advantage. However, if you lack this specific experience but have the right attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn, we will provide training. Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate must be approachable, empathetic, and skilled at working with both staff and customers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Adaptability: You must be flexible and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Reliability and Commitment: Availability to work shifts, including weekends, is a must. This role requires dedication and a strong work ethic.
