Job Description: As a Permanent Part-time Retail Associate at adidas, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and upholding our store policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an unparalleled level of customer service that aligns with adidas’ standards. Conduct various sales transactions involving cash, credit, and checks, as required. Assist in the ticketing of products and verify paperwork against received items. Support the seamless flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor on an as-needed basis.
Collaborate with the store management team to create and maintain merchandise displays. Acquire proficiency in using the point-of-sale system while adhering to established policies. Utilize effective selling techniques, such as add-on sales and conveying technical product information. Greet and assist customers in finding the right products, occasionally serving as a greeter during peak times.
Maintain general housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Safeguard company assets and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills. Clear and positive communication abilities, reflecting a customer-centric attitude. Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus but not mandatory. Team player mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Enthusiastic and self-motivated. A keen eye for fashion and the confidence to assist customers in creating their desired looks.
