Position Overview: Call Centre Sales Agent – Funeral Policy
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our comprehensive range of funeral policy solutions. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our funeral policies, addressing any queries or uncertainties. Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets, thereby contributing to the collective success of the sales team.
Utilize our CRM software to meticulously document customer interactions and sales undertakings. Deliver exceptional customer service by establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 years’ proven experience in selling funeral cover or analogous financial products. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to proficiently convey the value of our funeral policies. A results-driven mindset demonstrated by a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Aptitude for performing in a fast-paced call centre environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer literacy. Strong interpersonal abilities combined with a customer-centric orientation.
