Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Stockroom Specialist to join our adidas flagship store team. As a Stockroom Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the profitability of the store by ensuring smooth stockroom operations and efficient product flow. Your expertise will contribute to delivering an exceptional consumer experience and maintaining the high standards synonymous with the adidas brand.
Responsibilities:
Strategically align with store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership of your individual performance targets and utilizing available resources effectively to exceed them. Utilize your retail and commercial acumen to optimize sales opportunities by ensuring efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor. Set an example for stockroom operations, ensuring swift and accurate handling of deliveries while adhering to stock protection protocols.
Maintain precise records of inter-store and warehouse inventory movement, promptly executing these tasks. Ensure a well-stocked and organized stockroom environment, both internally and its immediate surroundings. Adhere rigorously to store policies and procedures, prioritizing safety and creating a secure shopping and working atmosphere.
Identify avenues for improvement and proactively communicate suggestions to store management, thereby driving commercial success. Provide guidance and training to selected team members on fundamental stockroom processes and behaviors. Foster productive and respectful collaboration with peers and team members, extending support when necessary.
Engage with all applicable training programs, effectively translating learning into on-the-job proficiency. Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth by actively seeking coaching and learning opportunities to enhance your performance.

Qualifications:
3-12 months of experience in a sports/fashion-focused retail environment, showcasing proficiency in stockroom management. Solid numerical and literacy skills, accompanied by advanced verbal communication abilities. Ability to adapt communication style to effectively serve both internal and external stakeholders in diverse situations.
Expertise in handling multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously, adjusting your approach as needed. Professional handling of challenging situations and conflicts. Leverage your retail and commercial prowess to drive overall store sales by prioritizing consumers and upholding the brand’s image.
