Position Summary:
Join our CCBA team as a General Worker, playing an integral role in our operations. This position encompasses diverse responsibilities, such as sorting returned bottles and crates from customers, ensuring effective and efficient cleaning of trucks, and managing waste separation as required. Through these tasks, you will actively contribute to our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and environmental responsibility.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Accurate sorting of bottles and crates, aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Leveling pallets and crates as per established KPIs. Thoroughly cleaning trucks according to set KPIs.

Efficiently managing sorted waste in accordance with KPIs. Maintaining a clean and organized work area consistently. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a high level of housekeeping. Prioritizing customer satisfaction through diligent work. Problem-solving in situational challenges to maintain operational efficiency.

Skills, Experience & Education: Qualifications / Experience

Successful completion of Grade 11-12 or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
