Key Performance Areas:

Your key responsibilities as a Receptionist at Planet Fitness include:

Answering Telephones: Efficiently handling incoming calls and inquiries. Customer Service: Providing customer service that reflects our commitment to excellence. Query Resolution: Assisting members by efficiently and effectively resolving their queries.

Member Greeting: Welcoming and granting access to members, ensuring they have a positive first impression. Reception Management: Ensuring the reception area is effectively and efficiently controlled.

Experience and Competencies Required:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

Basic PC Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer operations. Friendly and Efficient Qualities: Displaying friendly and efficient qualities that align with the Planet Fitness brand. Flexibility: Availability for flexible hours and shifts.

High Energy Levels: Demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Previous Front Desk Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position is an added advantage. Reliable Transport: Having reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
