As a learner in the Property Development and Investment’s Sales team, you will contribute to addressing the housing crisis while gaining practical skills and knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
As a learner in the Property Development and Investment’s Sales team, your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the sales and marketing efforts of Communicare housing solutions. Learning and applying project management principles in a real-world setting. Engaging with clients and potential buyers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborating with the team to contribute to the development and investment strategies. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
Qualifications and Abilities/Skills:
Education: Degree/Diploma/N6 in Administration/Business Admin. Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (highly advantageous).
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
